1 hour deep tissue massage: $80 | 30 minute deep tissue massage: $40

Office Hours for Private Rerfomer Lessons

Private lesson (1 hour): $80 One on one training utilizing the reformer, flex ring, step barrel, bosu and foam roller. Combined with mat pilates this workout will strengthen your core muscles while building long, lean muscles from head to toe.

Semi-Private lesson (1 hour): $55/person – 2 students per instructor; training will be geared towards the individual needs of the clients using the same approach as described above.
